I did not regret skipping one day of my Fall Semester reading period to live this extraordinary experience. On January 20th, 2011, I went on my first visit to schools to Lycee Amchit, where the students were so enthusiastic about the topic, that we were able to carry out further discussions. They even skipped their break to continue the debate.
My second visit was to the Lebanese International School. Although they were very disciplined and calm during the session, I was surprised when they all came at the end registering for the camp.
The most impressive topic that grasped all their attention was the turnitin example. Students were not able to realize the seriousness of the ethical issue until it was related to their future: their university projects and professional career.
Talking about the experience may not be well expressed in few words however images might illustrate the scenario in a better way.
